Can I buy retail for my own use?

Regretfully, we don't serve any retail purchases. However, if the value of your purchase exceeds USD 5,000 we will serve you under a wholesale business term.

How do you define a wholesale business?

Business term applied for each line may varies. However, as a rule of thumb, we define a wholesale business is a purchase with a net purchase value of at least USD 5,000 (five thousand US dollars). This definition is applied regardless of the legal status of our buyers, whether a registered legal company or an individual.

Does this value include handling and shipping costs?

No. Our USD 5,000 limit is applied to merchandize value only. As handling and shipping costs are always vary, such costs are not included in above definition.

Why do you set such small business size for a whole business?

We intend to support entrepreneurial activities of the muslim community. We hope such small business size will ease everybody to do business, including a home-based one.

We represent a giant chain of stores in a western country which purchases hundred thousands pieces of clothing items per-month. Can you handle such size of business?

Regretfully, this does not fall into our priority. In many cases, such business scale ultimately compromises labour families' life; a situation we are clearly against to deal with. Our vision says that a business is in fact not a good business if it is at the cost of labour families' life.

Can you send me a printed catalog?

Regretfully, to streamlining our business we don't publish any printed catalogs. Also, due to the nature of clothing business where designs change so frequently, we only prepare catalogs in digital form. Such catalogs can be downloaded from this site, available soon.

Will you open an online store for retail purchases?

In exporting, we are focusing our energy to do wholesale business only; there is no plan to open an online store for the same merchandizes. For domestic market, however, we manage this BAJU Busana Muslim online store.
